Pot Menguy's Peanut Choco et cookies nappés de pâte à tartiner

Recipe

Makes about 15 cookies

  • 40g butter

  • 2 heaping tbsp Peanut Choco

  • 50g sugar

  • 140g flour

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • 1 packet vanilla sugar (approx. 1 tbsp)

  • 1 egg

  • 10cl milk

  • Dark chocolate chunks or chocolate chips

Step 1:

Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F / gas mark 6), convection setting.

Step 2:

In a mixing bowl, blend the softened butter and sugar together. Add the egg and mix well. Finally, fold in the flour, baking powder, vanilla sugar, milk, and Peanut Choco.

Step 3:

Shape the dough into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Flatten them slightly—the cookies will not spread out if the butter was softened and not melted.

Step 4:

Bake for approximately 15 minutes.
