Our olives have been rigorously selected: we choose Hojiblanca pitted green olives from Spain. This recipe free from flavourings and flavour enhancers, thus guaranteeing the authentic flavours of the ingredients.

INGREDIENTS
Green olives (97%), salt, garlic (1.3%), olive oil, herbs (0.2%).
Pickling liquid: water, concentrated lemon juice.
Pasteurised product.
Possible traces of lupin, sulphites, fish and nuts.
